Health Handbook 2010

A. Drink plenty of "Water".

B. Eat BREAKFAST like a King - LUNCH like a Prince and DINNER like a Beggar.

C. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and Eat less that is manufactured in plants.

D. Live with the 3 E's:
a. Energy
b. Enthusiasm
c. Empathy

E. Play more "Games".

F. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day and don't miss Meditation schedule

G. Have a Sound Sleep for 6 - 7 hours.

H. Take a 15-30 minutes Walk daily And all Smile while you walk.
