b. Enthusiasm

E. Play more "Games".
F. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day and don't miss Meditation schedule
G. Have a Sound Sleep for 6 - 7 hours.
H. Take a 15-30 minutes Walk daily And all Smile while you walk.
